As the number of homes transacted increases, naturally so too does the number of homes inspected; more importantly though, the last 10 years has also seen an increase in the percentage of homes inspected.
As more and more states and provinces examine legislation to make home inspections mandatory, and as Realtors and consumers become better educated, home inspection has increasingly become an integral part of the real estate transaction process.
