Home Inspection Training
Our comprehensive training program is the reason Pillar To Post is a leader in professional home inspection. We know that thorough training of our inspectors is one of the keys to your success. Our instructors are leaders in the industry, both in the performance of inspections and in their involvement with home inspection industry initiatives and education. Members on staff represent the home inspection industry on federal boards and task forces – a clear indication of their stature within the industry.
Our network is spread from coast to coast and throughout North America, but all Pillar To Post inspectors undergo the same initial training program at our training headquarters in Toronto, Ontario. All our inspectors enjoy constant technical updates, report evaluation and guidance to keep abreast of changes in the industry.
The first week of our two-week training course focuses on technical issues, including three field inspections. The second week includes a test inspection and a written examination. It also addresses marketing strategies, promotional letters, database software and role-play to address the face-to-face issues of the real world.
